2. Services Provided
Lunch On is an online food delivery platform for workers in Canberra, Australia. Users can order fresh, delicious meals for same-day or future delivery directly to their workplace.
3. Registration and Account
- You must create an account to place an order.
- You are responsible for providing accurate details and keeping your account credentials secure.
- Lunch On is not liable for unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login details.
4. Ordering and Payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on our platform.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receiving payment.
5. Delivery Policy
- Orders will be delivered to the workplace address provided during checkout.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or no recipient, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Changes and Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placement.
- Once the preparation process has started, cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
7. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
- Subscription plans will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- If a discounted subscription is cancelled early, you will be charged for the meals already delivered at the regular (non-discounted) price, plus an AU$10 cancellation fee.
8. Dietary and Allergy Disclaimer
While we take care to prepare meals as described, Lunch On cannot guarantee that our meals are free from allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lunch On is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or food quality issues caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or third-party vendors.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Australia.
