You can place orders through our website. Simply create an account, select your meals, specify delivery details, and checkout. Corporate accounts can also set up recurring orders or bulk purchases.

While it’s best to place individual meal orders at least 24 hours in advance, you can still order 1–2 hours before your lunch break. For larger team or catering orders, please allow 72 hours to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Orders can be modified or canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes after this window may not be possible or could incur a fee.

We currently deliver to all business districts within Canberra, and we are expanding soon.

Lunch On delivers Monday through Sunday, ensuring you can enjoy fresh meals any day of the week. For special events or catering outside these hours, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Order cut-off times and delivery slots:

  • 9:00 AM → Delivery between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM → Delivery between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM → Delivery between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM → Delivery between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM → Delivery between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Example: If your lunch break is at 12:30 PM, select the 9:00 AM slot to ensure your meal arrives on time.

We accept payments via Stripe using all major credit cards and PayPal. Corporate accounts may also opt for monthly invoicing with net-30 terms.

Yes! We currently have a 25% discount on orders. While we don't always have offers running, we make sure to take good care of our customers.

Absolutely! We provide options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. Dietary options are clearly marked on the menu, and you can filter meals by your requirements when ordering. For severe allergies or special requests, please contact us directly.

All meals are prepared with strict protocols to minimize cross-contamination. For severe allergies, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss specific precautions. While we take great care in preparing meals as described, Lunch On cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, or seafood.

We prioritize locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients from trusted Canberra suppliers. Our meat is halal and ethically sourced, and we use organic produce whenever possible. Supporting local farmers and providing fresh, high-quality meals is our commitment.
