How do I place an order?
You can place orders through our website. Simply select your meals, specify delivery details, and checkout. Corporate accounts can also set up recurring orders or bulk purchases.
How far in advance should I order?
While it’s best to place individual meal orders at least 24 hours in advance, you can still order 1–2 hours before your lunch break. For larger team or catering orders, please allow 72 hours to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes after this window may not be possible or could incur a fee.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all business districts within Canberra, and we are expanding soon.
What are your delivery hours?
Lunch On delivers Monday through Sunday, ensuring you can enjoy fresh meals any day of the week. For special events or catering outside these hours, please contact our customer service team in advance.
Order cut-off times and delivery slots:
- 9:00 AM → Delivery between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 10:00 AM → Delivery between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 12:00 PM → Delivery between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 2:00 PM → Delivery between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 4:00 PM → Delivery between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Example: If your lunch break is at 12:30 PM, select the 9:00 AM slot to ensure your meal arrives on time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe using all major credit cards and PayPal. Corporate accounts may also opt for monthly invoicing with net-30 terms.
